CBIP will specifically provide the underwriting, pricing, marketing, loss control, and policy administration services. CBIP has the infrastructure to operate as an insurance company. CBIP previously owned Salem Insurance Company, a New Jersey domiciled property casualty insurance company, and currently owns FMC Insurance Company, a Delaware domiciled captive insurance company.
